The restaurant is the best expression of our agricultural products because it is a table that we will show you both all our love for the territory and a warm welcome.This is possible thanks to our chef’s fantasy and professional competence, Sabino Di Stasi, who is able to transform our products and the local foods of Apulia into savoury dishes.

Our restaurant offers, first of all, the good products cultivated in the property, from vegetables and fruit, to extra-virgin olive oil and wine.

The restaurant has got 100+70 places inside the building and more than 50 places outside in summer. It is open both at lunch and at dinner and there is also a banqueting hall for special events.
